The Social Distancing Festival
Creator(s): Nick Green
The Social Distancing Festival is an international, multi-disciplinary site that showcases work from artists and organizations that have had work cancelled or disrupted by the need for social distancing. This is an incredibly hard time for artists, and the aim of this platform is to celebrate artistic work and the global arts community through sharing work, engaging in discussions, and fostering new collaborations. We accept submissions on an ongoing basis, list live streaming events, and are working on several new, exciting projects with artists in different parts of the world. We hope that this project will help artists stay motivated, provide a space to share work, and to feel a little less lonely during this discouraging and uncertain time.
