When an Anishinaabe Corporal, Bea Johnson, visits the military training base, Camp Ipperwash, for ordinance clean-up, she sees firsthand the damage done by the Department of Defence forcibly evicting the Stoney Point community to the neighbouring reserve of Kettle Point, an act of displacement that reverberates on the land grossly exploited by the government. When a little girl from the past pays Bea a visit, her world starts to unravel as she is forced to examine her complicity in the tragedy.
